What is included
The participant fee includes the welcome reception, the conference banquet, lunches during technical sessions, and coffee/tea during the breaks. The accompanying-person fee includes the welcome reception and the conference banquet.

Provisional fees. Non-paid early-bird registrations change to the regular rate after 31 March 2027, and all payments must be completed before the conference. The registration platform, invoicing and VAT details will be confirmed later.
